Just to Impress You

I'm hoping there are one or two of you who appreciate this picture. Just in case anyone is feeling like I always have it all together, I am showing you what our 'school room' looked like at the end of December. There is always something that doesn't get done. Always a room that isn't clean (or remotely approaching clean and organized).

I have new pictures to show you tomorrow, because the school room/library/office looks much better now. (I just can't show you pictures of the playroom. Or the kitchen. Or...)

I echo "Prairie Chick!" Seriously, I feel so brave when I post befores and afters...it IS brave!! And it IS good to know that everyone has their challenges--and not just in home organization! Honestly, we can't have a real LIFE and not have spaces that get this way--it's just not possible. Well, unless you're retired and have an unlimited income MAYBE. Thanks for sharing!! Can't wait to see more!!

YES - I totally relate. I still have a room that looks like that, full of Christmas stuff. And the laundry, well, I won't even go there.

When were you in my house? LOL!

I think every room in my house looks like that. It is so hard & seems to take forever to get a handle on things. But it can get out of control in no time. We're all just human and doing the best we can. Some days we have it together & some days we shouldn't even be in control of ourselves. Ha

Thanks for sharing.

Great picture!!! I thought it was only me :)!! No matter how hard I try to clean one corner, the next one becomes a jumble of papers and mess! As much as I would love my house to always look like the pages in a magazine, I also love my life to be REAL!!! Thanks for your hard work answering all of our questions!! Lisa

I am impressed... and relieved that we're not the only ones who can't get everything done [smile].

Wow! You're one of those, too?!

We keep joking about posting some pictures very similar to that. LOL!

I'm really enjoying The Little French Girl. I went ahead and dove in before I finished Frankenstein. Oh. So. Sweet!

Hope you all are doing well,
-Breezy

Thank you!
Your photos are so stunning and your decor choices so lovely....sometimes it's easy to forget that we're all human. :) Can any of us keep every room decluttered all at once?
