I'm so jealous that you have peaches already! Here in MI we still have a few weeks to wait. Love your blog!

They match!! Love that quilt!! I had an idea for your candles. It came to me while looking at a Christmas magazine the other day. Christmas?!?! I know...
Anyway, I thought I would make them into Advent candles with lavender and pink papers wrapped around the jars. Prettier, safer, and easier to find, in my opinion.
Do you mind if I add you to my favorites??
Thanks!!

Tearz~ Unfortunately I cheated. They weren't local peaches. But they sure were delicious!! :)

Jen~ Thanks! I loved the way the colors went together also!

Elise~ The candles would make excellent Advent candles. Thanks for the idea! I don't mind at all if you add me to your favorites.

Lacy~ I used plain ol' glue stick. Pretty fancy, eh? :) I want to see pictures where you're done!

Hi Heidi, We won't be making the trip this Friday like we hoped. I do hope to get up there one more time before you close. We decided that we both needed to not spend the extra money in a sitter/gas/ and any goodies we might purchase. Boo Hoo! Also, I love that blue on your walls. What color is it?

Oh yum... the peaches AND the colors! Those are the same colors in the curtains and bedspread I sewed my daughter last spring. Aren't they are so inviting, and relaxing?

Susan~ I'll miss seeing you tomorrow, but maybe it will work out another day. If not, we'll just have to plan a separate get-together. Maybe I'll make it down to Eugene one of these days! The color on my bedroom wall is Celery by Ralph Lauren. Love it!!

Thanks for the kind comments everyone!
